BOCA BETH'S RETURN POLICY   It is our goal at BOCA BETH to provide each customer with exceptional quality bilingual products and amazing customer service. We realize there might be a rare occasion that warrants a return. Following is our easy/fácil Return Policy: All returns must take place within 30 days of the purchase date. You will be responsible for shipping costs to get the items back to us in Tampa, Florida. We suggest shipping via USPS media mail to keep costs down and insure the package. If any items arrive cracked or broken there will be no refund issued for those particular items. We will issue only a partial refund for the return of certain items including:       1. Any item that is not in its original condition       2. Any item that is missing parts       3. Any CD, DVD or VHS tape that has been opened           and has been taken out of its plastic wrap   We allow free sampling of our bilingual music CD's and videos on our web site. We feel this gives families a good feel for the BOCA BETH Program and how the Spanish & English languages are presented.
